Dead Rock Ramp Repair
James River Park System is seeking volunteers to repair the ramp to Dead Rock on Belle Isle that has been undercut by the river. Volunteers will be using stones and mortar to shore up the bottom of the ramp as well as create aprons on both sides to shunt water around it during high river conditions. Long pants, close toed shoes and gloves are recommended.
