HandsOn Greater Richmond, was started as Activate Richmond in 2006 by three women who had a passion for service and wanted to gather their friends to volunteer. One year later, HandsOn network came calling and we officially became a HandsOn affiliate. We celebrate our 5th anniversary in 2012.
Today, we connect over 6000 volunteers a year in metro Richmond to nonprofits in need. While giving your time is free, there IS a cost to volunteering. We appreciate your support.
