Children's Book Drive Volunteer
Are you someone that wants to make a real difference? Help us get books in the hands of local, low-income children! 61% of low-income kids have no children’s books at home. Love of Learning performs read-alouds for these kids across central Virginia and then donates books to them to build their at home libraries. We are looking for volunteers to hold books drives across central Virginia to collect the books we donate. (At bookstores, churches, workplaces, neighborhoods, etc.) Find out more here.
