Farm, Nature Center, and Environmental Education
With summer camps and programs around the corner, Maymont's Education and Habitats teams are searching for weekly and bi-weekly volunteers.
Environmental Education (15+): Gallery Interpreters, Discovery Room Supervisors, and various Education Program Support volunteers are needed as summer camps and programs kick into full swing. Positions are available in the Nature Center, at the Farm, and across the grounds. Orientation interviews are scheduled individually. Environmental Education positions are for individuals ages 15+, or adult/youth teams.
Habitats (18+): Zoology volunteers work with Maymont’s Animal Keepers at the Barn or Aquarists in the Nature Center Aquarium exhibits. These positions are 18+ and require an orientation-- offered the first Sunday of every month. Express Interest with any questions or to get started!
