Join the STORY Board of Directors!
STORY is currently recruiting members of the community to join its fundraising Board of Directors. This is a working position with an expectation of 8 hours per month. STORY is in its third year of operations and volunteers expressing interest can expect to work on fundraising projects, develop individual donor database, strategic planning, marketing and communications and more. We are in need of persons with fundraising, financial and marketing experience. It is strongly preferred that persons expressing interest not be serving on more than one board. All board members are expected to contribute $250 annually and assist the organization increase its general operating funds.
Board meetings occur four times annually and committee meetings are monthly. Initial terms are one year and can be renewed. A full job description is available upon request.
