Data Entry for Henrico Vaccine Event

Volunteers are needed to assist with data entry at the Henrico County Vaccination Clinuc at the Richmond Raceway. This is a very important step in the process because it reports the patient’s information to the database to ensure that their initial vaccination is recorded. It also sets them up for the follow-up shot.
Your team lead will give you “just-in-time training” to teach you the specifics and can answer any questions you may have. You will be provided a computer and a (seated) socially distanced workstation to complete the entry into the VIIS system. Depending on the team, you may be assigned to alphabetize/collate the paper forms for proper cataloging. The collating position may involve some standing or walking, so be sure to let your team leader know if this will present any difficulties.
Volunteers will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement prior to serving in this role.
Volunteers will enter through gate 7 (4690 Carolina Avenue. Richmond, VA 23222). Traffic attendants will direct you through the tunnel into the track infield. Once through the tunnel, let the attendant know that you are working the event and they will direct you to the staff parking area (inside the infield between turns 1 and 2). From there you will enter the nearest building and check in. Once you are done with your shift, you will exit across the track at turn 2 and back out through gate 7.
