Horse Pasture and Stable Maintenance with Maymont Zoology
Join Maymont's Zoology team for a morning of rewarding work to care for Richmond's beloved historic estate and wildlife exhibits! This volunteer projects is for adults (18+). It is outdoors and physical in nature, involving the use of wheel barrows, weed eaters, lawn mowers, and other basic groundkeeping tools. There is no direct contact with animals. In the event of low sign-ups, the project may shift.
When you are volunteering, please follow these tips for healthy volunteering. HandsOn Greater Richmond emphasizes the importance of wearing a mask, social distancing, and not volunteering if you don't feel well.
