Buttermilk Trail Invasive Plant Removal
When you are volunteering, please follow these tips for healthy volunteering. HandsOn Greater Richmond emphasizes the importance of following CDC guidance.
We will be removing invasive plants along the Buttermilk Trail to encourage native plant and tree regeneration.
Work gloves will be provided or bring your own.
We will be working in the woods so dress for the weather, wear sturdy shoes, and bring water and a snack if needed..

NOTE The 42nd St Entrance is a large, paved parking lot across the street from 4318 Riverside Dr. The yellow gates may be locked so use street parking and meet us in the lot.
