School Supply Pick-up/Drop-off

Volunteer Position Description and Purpose:
RPS is in need of at least 10 volunteers with access to their own vehicles to support the movement of school supplies from St. James Episcopal Church (1133 West Franklin Street) to the Norrell School (2120 Fendall Ave), where they will be made available to Teachers through the RPS Teacher Supply Store.
Volunteers should arrive at 1133 West Franklin Street at about 9:00am to help load school supplies into your vehicle. You will pass the church on your right, and then Birch Street. Immediately after the next building is a surface parking lot on your right where you can park for loading. Dollies and loading carts will be provided. Upon arrival, text Katie Ricard at 508-309-0128.
Volunteers will then drive about 10 minutes to the RPS Norrell School (2120 Fendall Ave, Richmond, VA 23222) to help unload the items. More than one trip may be necessary.
Age Minimum (with Adult): 12+, Minimum Age:18+
