Capital Childcare is a non-profit therapeutic child welfare organization which serves children from some of the poorest and most violent sections of the City of Richmond and the counties of Henrico and Chesterfield. From preventing child abuse to the care and treatment of abused and neglected children, CCC is dedicated to helping children in need.
