RVA Clean Sweep Trash Removal
RVA Clean Sweep is a citizen group focused on making the city a better looking place through citizen run trash cleanups throughout the area. RVA Clean Sweep partners with neighbors, neighborhood and business associations to establish monthly trash cleanups to clean the city and protect the James River. For the Day of Service, volunteers will be removing trash throughout the James River Park System. Volunteers should wear and bring close-toe shoes, water bottle, and gloves. This project is a part of Enrichmond Foundation's 24th Earth Day Richmond Celebration, Central Virginia’s premiere and longest running Earth Day event.
