Horticulture Maintenance - Children's Garden

Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden’s mission is education and our passion is connecting people and plants to improve communities.

Volunteer Tasks:
General Garden Maintenance - Weeding, Mulching, Pruning, etc.

Volunteers should wear comfortable clothing that can get dirty and close toe shoes. Volunteers should bring their own water, and if working outside: sunscreen and bug spray. Park in any of the 3 parking lots. Meet in the atrium at the Robins Visitor Center.

This project will be CANCELLED in advance in the event of rain. Volunteers will be notified by Wed, Sept 20, if the project is cancelled.


This project is a part of our regional day of service, Give a Day RVA.  Registration will close 24 hours in advance.
