Musicians for Meal
Every week we feed over 100 people at Red Door Ministry at Grace and Holy Trinity Church. We like to provide live entertainment (usually music) if you would be interested in playing at our lunch please express your interest at least a week prior so that we can make sure that we can accommodate you.
The role of the musician is to provide entertainment for our guests. One of the most devestating things about homelessness is the lack of music- so we provide music as an extention of hospitality, healing and wholeness in this ministry!
Please arrive promptly to set up and be prepared to play from 1 until 2 pm. If you would like it, lunch can be provided. We have a piano you are welcome to use and a PA system, but everything else will need to be provided by the performer.
Once you express your interest a member of staff will contact you to find out the style of music you will be playing and if you need a piano or the PA system. Once you respond we will confirm your spot.
If you cannot attend for any reason please remove yourself from the sign up so that others may take your place. We usually have folks on the waitlist who would happily come if you are unable to.
