Glenwood Farm is an initiative of Real Chances, Inc., a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization providing support and services to our community since 2012. Glenwood Farms is a Urban Farm located in Eastern Henrico County providing educational support and services to communities modeling self sufficiency through urban farming and farmers' markets and to provide access to healthy food in urban communities.
