The American Cheese Education Foundation (ACE) is the American Cheese Society’s (ACS) nonprofit alliance organization. The Foundation supports ACS’ education program through fundraising for scholarships, educational content, and research efforts for ACS members. Its priority is to further educational opportunities for all those interested in producing, marketing, selling, and appreciating North America’s artisan, farmstead, and specialty cheeses. The ACE Foundation’s areas of support include: Scholarships to bring cheesemakers, retailers, students, and chefs to the ACS Conference Webinars on timely topics, available at no cost to ACS members Industry research including the biennial State of the U.S. Artisan & Specialty Cheese Industry Survey *** VISION STATEMENT ACS is the leader in promoting and supporting American cheeses. MISSION STATEMENT ACS provides the cheese industry with educational resources and networking opportunities while encouraging the highest standards of cheesemaking focused on safety and sustainability.
