The Urban Forestry Division (UFD) is responsible for planting and maintaining city-owned trees throughout the greater Richmond area. UFD also assists with community outreach and education regarding tree care, through speaking engagements with neighborhood groups, conducting Tree City USA identification walks, and working along side with community partners who have a focus on green spaces.
