The Passport to Education Initiative of the Virginia Hispanic Foundation is to keep Hispanic students on the path to higher education and/or skill sets certification to prepare our future workforce. The Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Foundation is a registered 501 c (3) non-profit organization.
