Project Local awards two to four grants up to $5000.00 to qualified organizations. To Qualify for a Grant - The Non-Profit must meet the following criteria and apply for a grant via the simple application on the Project Local website. Non-Profit Criteria Be a recognized 501(c)3 organization by the IRS Be a registered 501(c)3 or other charitable organization by the State of Virginia Have less than four (4) employees Have annual gross receipts of less than $100,000
