22nd Earth Day Celebration
Our 22nd Earth Day Festival brings Central Virginia's premiere Earth Day celebration to the Great Shiplock Park on the riverfront in Shockoe Bottom on Saturday April 18! Enjoy live music and entertainment, local food and beverages, interactive children's area, plus hundreds of earth friendly artists, farmers, performers, organizations and businesses. Volunteer with us and support all of Richmond's parks and public spaces- especially the James River.
We're seeking volunteers of all ages and interests to help with the event setup, kid-friendly Eco-activities, information stands, vendor services, clean-up and marketing. Earth Day is sponsored by River City Recycling, Ellwood Thompson's, Enrichmond, WBT12, and the City of Richmond.
This opportunity is a referral and is managed by Enrichmond Foundation directly. Please express interest below to indicate to the agency your interest in participating.
