Arbor Day RVA Tree Planting Prep Party

Richmond Community ToolBank works with other nonprofits across the city to help them complete their missions without undue financial burdens by providing tools, resources, and expertise.
Richmond Community ToolBank is looking for volunteers to help prepare trees to be planted and given away during Arbor Day RVA week
Volunteer Duties & Responsibilities:
- Organizing trees into groups based on whether they are being planted or given away
- Prepare trees for transport to planting locations
Qualifications, Skills, & Requirements:
This volunteer activity will require bending and lifting
Time Commitment:
Thursday, October 13th 2022 10am to 1pm

- All tools will be provided by the Richmond Community ToolBank but please feel free to bring any pruners, gardening gloves, or tools that you feel may be helpful to completeing this activitiy.
- Please wear comfortable clothing you dont mind getting dirty and closed toe shoes
- Volunteer opportunity is located near Richmond City Government offices at 810 Forrest Lawn Rd, Richmond, VA 23227, and is circled in red
