Arbor Day Tree Planting at Lucille M. Brown Middle School
Richmond Community ToolBank is looking for volunteers to help plant 25 trees at Lucille M. Brown Middle School in celebration of Arbor Day!
“Join the Richmond Community ToolBank and RPS in planting a new wooded area around Lucille Brown Middle School's sports field, that will provide much needed shade and comfort to visitors. Volunteers will help plant, mulch and water 25 new trees for the school and community. We will also be giving away FREE tree seedlings to community members looking to plant on their private property
ToolBank will provide all tools and materials needed. We’ll have water and refreshments on hand. All you need to do is:
- Bring a refillable water bottle
- Wear comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty and bring a hair-tie if that feels necessary for you.
- Wear close-toed shoes
- Be ready to do a great thing
Age Minimum (with Adult): 10+, Minimum Age:18+, Court Ordered Volunteer - Allowed
