Organization Profile
VCDC, a non-profit community development organization based in Richmond, VA, is dedicated to collaborating with mission-driven real estate developers to push forward transformative projects in underserved communities. Our activities include creating equity investments for low-income housing; advising developers on Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits and renewable Energy Credits; and deploying New Markets Tax Credits. Additionally, we contribute to economic development in underserved areas through loans and capacity-building programs.
