CXLD Church Hill and Highland Park Traffic Circle Beautification

 This project has been cancelled by the site host.  

The City of Richmond's Department of Public Works is responsible for services to external customers involve transportation and cleanliness. To this end, roundabouts/traffic circles have been installed by DPW in increasing numbers of intersections - bringing more aesthetic views and increasing safety. Keeping these venues clean and beautiful is the nature of this service project. Volunteers will start working in Church Hill and then be directed to move to Highland Park. 

Volunteer tasks:
Litter pick up and beautifying traffic circles/roundabouts. 

Wear closed toe shoes and clothing for working outside. Volunteers should bring their own water, and if working outside: sunscreen and bug spray.

This project will still occur if there is rain.

This project is a part of our regional day of service, Give a Day RVA.  Registration will close 24 hours in advance.
