Art Festival Bucket Brigade: Family Friendly
The RVA Street Art Festival’s mission is to support arts education for children through community based events. Through these initiatives, we are focused on discovering and showcasing local and national artistic talent and revitalizing neighborhoods in need of creativity and love. This festival is put on by an all-volunteer committee, so your help is crucial to its success. Volunteers will go around the festival with a donation bucket and encourage attendees to donate cash for the festival. It's a free event and donations from support event operations and the benefiting nonprofit: Connor's Heroes. This is a Youth and Family Friendly project. Kids are great at encouraging donations! Parking is limited and so we strongly encourage carpooling, biking, or public transit. Look for volunteer directional signs and the HandsOn Box Truck to meet. Please wear comfortable shoes and clothes and bring water, sunscreen, or a hat.All volunteers who plan to attend must be registered, either as an individual, or via the team functionality.
